CRM Implementation

About The Project

Led the end-to-end development and implementation of an internal CRM system across multiple company entities, owning the project through all key product phases from discovery to launch.

During the Discovery phase, I conducted internal research with sales and management teams, defined product requirements, and prepared initial cost and timeline estimates. In the Design phase, I contributed to UX/UI direction, translated business needs into clear functional requirements for developers, and continuously reassessed scope, costs, and delivery timelines.

Throughout Engineering, I coordinated development and testing, maintained close communication with engineers, and ensured alignment between technical implementation and business objectives. The Launch phase focused on rolling out the system across teams in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany, supporting onboarding, adoption, and early usage monitoring.

Achievements

Successfully implemented and launched a shared CRM platform across multiple markets, standardizing sales processes, improving data visibility, and enabling more reliable, data-informed planning and operational decision-making.
